The White Room are one of Sassi Holford’s premier stockists and it is with pleasure that we are welcoming Sassi to The White Room for a meet the designer event on Saturday 6th December 2014 (by appointment). A meet the designer event literally says what it does on the tin! You get to meet the designer of our beautiful collection as well as see gowns which we as a boutique may not have for one weekend only.
Sassi will be bringing her 2015 collection with her, yet more importantly, will be meeting you, our brides, to advise on the perfect shape, cut and gown for you and your wedding day.
Unsure of neckline, need a few changes? Wish to add straps, want the skirt making smaller? All of these things can be done easily and meeting Sassi face to face ensures she understands your needs and wants from your dress, so you get exactly what you want! Gowns start from £1700.
In celebration of Sassi’s British made gowns, we’re showing off her gowns from catwalk to bride in our Sassi special in the build up to her visit to The White Room. First up, we have Katherine who wore Dominique for her March 2014 wedding.
Dominique was a striking fishtail gown, a strong fitted bodice and the most fun spot tulle train. We loved her on the catwalk yet in real life, she looked even more amazing! Sassi creates such a feminine shape with her corset sculpting and cut of her gowns. She really grasps how a woman wishes to feel on her wedding day, elegant, sensual, with the wow factor and this comes in to play when you put a real woman in one of her pieces.
Katherine chose Dominique to wear to her March 2014 wedding. We fitted the gown snug to her hips and bum to show off her beautiful figure and left the hem a touch longer, so the gown just swept the floor for the full on Hollywood glam feel.
If you wish to be a Sassi bride or are simply looking to find a gown and wish to have a great day with a skilled designer and find your perfect dress then get in touch with The White Room for more information.
We are offering 1 hour consultations from 9am on the 6th December 2014
